The training will identify appropriate ways to manage crying, recognizing crying as a natural response for babies, but one that can produce stress for parents and caregivers. To be an approved trainer on the Wisconsin Professional Development Approval System as of January 1, 2009 you need to have taken an approved adult education class. This 6 hour/ 8 hour CE class will fulfill this requirement. Students will received 6 hours of in person training which will cover all areas of teaching and training the adult learner. Each student must than complete a take home assignment to be completed within 30 days of the date of the class in order to complete the class.
